the volcano, damian ric. nice easy song, hard to fuck up
Gervais on Rosa Parks "she was arrested but then that law was changed- but she didnt stop there, she started sitting in the seats saved for disabled people. unbelavable, she talked to the driver when the bus was in motion- did she have the correct change ready? - did she bollox!"
Been down at my girlfriend's the past week and no computer, hence late reply, but i've had chance to practice playing along to Stereophonics Performance and Cocktail. I have a tab/lyric book which i've just never tried to sing along to before. A minute longer i'm really not doing too badly at at all. and a couple of others, but like it's been said, you gotta know the songs well to be able to play them and sing...Gold wrote:so how's it going?
Half the time i just end up moaning strange noises when i get a little lost concentrating on the strumming too much

But suggestions of Coldplay and Damian Rice are great great help. i've already had a go at the Scientist tonight, not sung to it yet as i'd never played it before and that Bm7 chord is something i never play, so that required my attention not to screw up, but i could follow it easily first time round, so it's a promising start...
Tank ya very much for the sound help

pretty much just getting the song down on guitar first...i can sing and play with ease if i know the song on guitar...but if i dont (for instance i just learned the stone...and i cant sing along with it well because i havent gotten down to the point where i dont need to think about it) it takes time..and practice
