None other than the fact that I searched for "stone help" and came up with the following (took me all of 30 seconds):

There's also *gasp* videos.

There's a reason why people get annoyed when newbs ask questions like this...because they've been asked and discussed many, many, many, many, many, many times. Your answer is there waiting for you.

For us living any other ways was nuts. with all the goodie-goodies working shitty jobs for bum pay checks, took the subway work and worried about their bills were dead. they were suckers, they had no balls. if we wanted something we just took it, and if anybody complained twice they got hit so hard believe me they never complained again

Also, the stone was a pretty tough song to learn for most of us(probably).
If you can play Drive In Drive Out, then you can play the stone.
I think that if you learn the bulk of the "easier" songs from dave and then tackle the tougher ones you'll find that it gets easier and easier with each new song you learn. Dave didn't write the stone unitl he'd written R2T,UUTAD, and CRASh.

But, you should also learn the search tool. There is a FAQ somewhere round' here.

i think my main problem with it is the quickness, do i just need to slow it down and practice then speed up ever so often?

The listener supported version isnt going too fast. I would practice with that and just try to make sure it all lines up.
