To me, it sounds like the whole album was recorded on a shitty acoustic/electric. I really don't know what Batson's purpose in the studio was. Except maybe make some really bad loops.

You guys are fucking dumbasses. Did none of you watch the webcast? It wouldn't matter if Stefan played it on a Taylor or Martin in the studio and it sounded exactly like dave, you'd hate it because it wasn't Dave. Dave plays it live on the Taylor, so you can still rub one out to that.

And I'm sure if you knew that Dave wrote it/played it you'd praise it like it was Halloween part 2. And it is leaps and bounds beyond half the crap on that album anyway.

I definitely agree with you here. Although you packed a lot of insults in there.

Completely agreed. I don't think that the progression stefan came up with was best, but still, the band wrote these songs with a completely changed way. Whatever came up, they laid them down and tried to work it into a song

I like the song. I was just saying that the guitar tone sounds shitty, not the playing. To be honest I didn't know it was Stefan until I read it on here.

It's a simple chord progression and people whine because they expect dmb to be "more creative" than that, even though it's still a solid song
