I'm listening as I write this......
In the intro the third note that is not fluid with the rest of the notes. And in the verse it seems as if the slide should be "ringing" a bit more. I like the little Dave "mumbling" in between the verse & chorus!
Otherwise, you were very consistent throughout the whole song...Which is a good thing whether you play a few notes right or wrong. I would work on the above mentioned parts if you wan't to play exactly like Dave. But a cover is supposed to be your take on the song. And if you are happy with it..then roll with it.
I would clap for you.
Jay

I agree with the out of tune statement. Other than that, Sounded GoodTrippnBill686 wrote:Hmm, that's very strange. Oh well.
Sounded good - agreed on the consistency that drop spoke about. I like the sound of your voice, it's very interesting. Also, it sounded like the guitar was a little out of tune (just enough to bother the ears of the tone-sensitive).

Sounds good. I agree that it does sound a little out of tune. The slide in the verse doesn't sound right.... maybe you're sliding back down after sliding up?
Anyway, sounds good all in all. The Dave noises you made were sweet :)

yeah the guitar's probably a bit out of tune... I normally tune it by ear: I consider the bass-string to be right and tune the others with the fagolet sounds on the 12th fret.
Thanx for your positive requests.
Keep it up, Bo

No I'm not sliding back down to the 8th. I can't see what you mean... Maybe you hear something different?Sounds good. I agree that it does sound a little out of tune. The slide in the verse doesn't sound right.... maybe you're sliding back down after sliding up?
