its really quite difficult to write a rhythmic pattern that is your own, because basically its all been done, but the fact that you are using a I IV V progression just makes it totally uncreative

keep in mind i dont take lessons and have no musical background... although i assume the I IV V is chord relationships.... so its in (counts on fingers) the key of...
