I like the melody you have going with the lead. Vocals?! Lets hear em!! As far as improvement, there are several spots where the rythm was off (between the lead track and rythm track, see about the 1:00 mark to see what I'm talking about) and the guitars seem to get a little jumbled together in the beginning intro riff. Other than that though it was pretty good.

i definately noticed what you are talking about in the intro...a little too much of everything....i haven't listened to this in a while, so now i am hearing the imperfections...i see what you are meaning by the off timing, just a little...as far as vocals, eventually...

I loved it...the only flaw where i can suggest improvment is the lead in the first verses...pluck 1,2,1,3...as opposed to 1,2,3...squeeze it in and the rhythmn should be the same...
here is more of what I am saying...
e--------------------10--------------------------
b---------8-------------------------------------
g----7--------(7)----------------------------------
if you need me to clear that up more, I can try a little harder...
Besides that, I think it went smoothly and cool...kudos

i've not had time to read responses so im sure im being repetetive, but i wanted to give it a listen...
at around :25 seconds and :31 seconds the guitars get a lil busy at :55 through 1:04 the second guitar goes a little fast. It sounds like you're trying to record a second guitar without turning the volume up loud enough to hear the first guitar
the solo that ends at 1:33 sounds very nice. a lil loud but that's just a mixing difference. Bass run at around 2 minutes is a lil off.. but it works...
overall it needs work. BUT overall it is quite good. I get the feel you definitely realize it's an instrumental song... and you keep that in mind the entire time that you are recording which is a lot more then most instrumentalists understand (amateur ones rather)... this is something i struggle with as a specificly instrumental only musician...
(to me) this is something to be proud of, but not something to say "ok im done"
regards.
