Help with Pay for What You Get
Help with Pay for What You Get
I love this simple song but I'm having problems playing it. Is the tab here correct? When I use this tab it doesn't sound totally accurate. It could just be me but can someone point me to an accurate tab. No offense to anyone here.

DMBFreak's way is EXACTLY the same sounding as mine. The only difference is he moved the D power chord down a string. Dave plays it on te 8(not that it's better to do it that way...just saying what Dave does). That tab is 100% correct except for maybe that first slide...which it could be played 2 different waysStuntcheeks wrote:I play it exactly the way dmbfreak does and it sounds right to me.

Is the way that sounds best for me...Jason and I have both agreed on this one amongst ourselves...don't flame it

Everybody always asks me how she's doing. Has she really lost her mind? I said "I couldn't tell you, I've lost mine."

I bar the high e & b strings with my index, use my middle finger for the g sting, and slap (10's) with my ring finger

technically i dont use the slide either, i use a hammer on, i bar the first "chord" then hammer on the 10 chord, and trust me, after listening to it over and over again, thats the way dave plays it, listen to the beginning on any live concert or under the table, its there, ya just gotta listen
peace
