Oh, and it was (mostly) the Watchtower guitar jam part (one version), and Stairway to Heaven and Gravedigger seemed to be thematically similar as well.Beauford33 wrote:Ha, new that was Stairway. It hasnt been done, but if it were me, I would have done Watchtower just since it a bit more darker. Also, I woulnt have done the the Watchtower guitar part to it...but it isnt me is it?

same key I believe. Stairway is just the Alt. jam guitar part in Watchtower. You just dont go back to G ( I think)GreyBlueAnt wrote:Oh, and it was (mostly) the Watchtower guitar jam part (one version), and Stairway to Heaven and Gravedigger seemed to be thematically similar as well.Beauford33 wrote:Ha, new that was Stairway. Or are you talking about Dave doing the Watchtower jam?GreyBlueAnt wrote:i think it was maybe one of the farm aid vids i saw where he played the jam the way i did, open Am, G, F, open C>D slide. Not sure it was farm aid, but that's the vid where i learned to play it that way.

sounds like a corny ass song all of the radio stations play every year at haloween and then put back in the vault (although as a musician i do believe that it is the best choice, monetarily speaking, to write a seasonal song cause then you get royalties every year for the rest of time because the songs never get overplayed)GreyBlueAnt wrote:halloween exclusive?
