Tapers hate you trading their shows in lossy formats like this.
its not the whole show - just a few songs..
everyone converts it to put on their ipods anyways..
and im doing it so that others can tab it out and enjoy the songs if they dont want to or cant download the entire show..

here ill add a disclaimer:

DO NOT TRADE IN MP3 FORMAT!
DOWNLOAD, LISTEN, TAB THEN DELETE IMMEDIATELY!!!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!

I dont see why tapers would have such a problem with. What does it matter? Ya can get the whole shows from dreamingtree(org) or plenty of other websites for free anyway, posted at the courtesy of tapers.

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": There are five different types of chairs in this hotel room.

yeah, but the shows at dreamingtree are in lossless format, meaning that they don't lose quality. Mp3s are lossy and do lose quality. I for one can say that I am fine with having the mp3s of a show, but if it's the taper's wishes to trade the show in a lossless format then we should support that wish so we can continue to have great shows available to us in the future.

I really am pretty ignorant to the uploading/downloading process and music technology and all that jazz. I didnt know they lose quality. Thanks for the update.
