when you play sounds like grey street and billies (regular intro and chorus) do you use your 4th finger? if you do tell me why because it doesn't help you mute the other strings or anything so i don't really see the point.

I switch between using my index and middle, and ring and pinky fingers, its how Dave plays it and it makes it easier so youre not jumping around so much. And I dont have problems muting it either way.
