memorizing the fret board
is there any way/tricks to memorizing the fret board? or what is the easiest way to do it?

I would start with the major scale (it's the easiest to remember because it's all natural notes, i.e. nothing sharped/flatted). Learn it all over the neck.
For practice, you could start with each string, name all the notes in one octave (or beyond) then move onto the next string. Something I do is think of a note in my head, like F, then go string by string finding all the F notes. Don't expect to get this down overnight. It takes a long time (at least for me it did) to get down where all the notes are located on the neck.
