Audio DL: Two step'n in the rain

By far the most amazing act of earthly nature and song combined.
If you didn't know already, this two step begins and dave mentions the rain coming down in the intro rant he does and then it begins to rain and hail and thunder and lightning. You can't really hear the thunder but the digi spots are them. The crowd goes nuts the whole song and dave mentions the rain again during the song. Amazing.

6.11.01 at Giants Stadium, and yes its on BOWA. Everyone makes a big deal about this version, but honestly unless you were there to actually experience it with the rain and all that then this version isnt all that special music wise.

Yeah, I bet that was such a sweet experience for those people that were there. I already have this version on the BOWA CD. I personally like it because it does not drag on for 20+ minutes. I like the old school Two Step better than the ones nowadays. Although I do love Butch's solos on that song (Central Park being my favorite with the New York, New York interpolation)

You can't say that it wasn't an amazing moment though. Plus, i think there was a lot of intensity in the song, due to the rain and such. The crowd alone makes it a dramatic performance.
I did not know this was on BOWA, i haven't picked it up yet.

I love this version. The thunder adds a lot, but Dave changing the lyrics up a bit is the coolest!

i agree. i was there 6.12.01 and missed the infamous two step in the rain, i was so pissed. chris was there that bastard

its a good song, but like others have said, the rain/thunder have a minimal effect on the audio of this track...I'd much rather listen to the Listener Supported version
