heritage guitars are probably one of the best values out there

I'd say Larrivee are some of the most underrated guitars out there. Definately sound as good as a Martin or Taylor.

lowden. when i have $3000 im buying a lowden.

lakewoods are the ferrari of guitars... their lowest end guitar is probably equal to the taylor 814...

they also run like 5000+ for basic guitars...
(though my knowledge of lakewood is from about 2 years ago, i havent researched them since then, they may have come out with cheaper shit?)

when I went to buy a guitar I was looking at either an Ibanez, Taylor, or Martin. I bought a Martin.

i sat down for a good, shit, i odnt know, few hours playing differnt guitars. i spent about 450 on my dx1. for the price, there was nothing else that compared. the taylors didn't feel, play, or sound as good as the martin i played. there were some nice ibanezs, but, they didn't feel right to me. the martin i picked out felt better than some of taylors 1,000$ models :/
martin's > *.* ;)
