corn bread wasnt amazing, dave didnt seem to think it went to well, i liked the lyrics, seemed like a BNL song mixed with blue grass.

i remember the lyric "run around naked because it looks good on you"

to me the highlight was a mind numming "lie in our graves"

there were a lot of loud shouting "yanks" which was driving dave crazy as they shouted their song requests, then some quite english girl said in a lull "dvae can we have christmas song please" and he everyone awwwwwwed and he played it for her in the encore, i forgot how good a song this was.

i was 3rd row (even though the ticket said row e ,there was no A or B)

a great gig, and tim rules the school, some funny dave chat and banter ,a lot of info on house, but he seemed like he had come away from USA to play to europians, and when certan (american) audience members were shouting at him so loudley, he had to ask them to STFU a bit.

set list as i remember was, not right order

BT
SDL
CRUSH
CRASH
WWWE
ants
SD
LIOG
TIM SOLO
DN
TWO S
C S
Corn fed

can think right now ,hangover

I hope some of you USA/pilgrim/hollywood-types will hush down a little and let some of the rest of the world hear what Dave is actually singing/saying.... That would be special. Ta.

basicly in newcastle and glasgow, and also Bham/london,
there was a huge amount of screaming from a small number of people, all of who were american. and it was annoying as we couldnt hear. (weve no right to comment on the amasterdam show,) but in general, british audiences are a little more estrained, we cheer after the songs, not mid and dont interupt dave the whole time, least of all with 1000s of requests.

not all americans are loud , but id say almost all anoyingly loud people at the shows........were american
(even though they were in a major minority)
so if you guys could set a good example, it would be awsome, and make for beter audio/video recordings.

Dino, Gold are you going alone or with friends? Id be up for a few beers before the show, was suppopsed to meet Paul beofre Newcastle but we missed each other's emails. Was a shame.

So sometime next week, get on the boards and we should arrange something!

Is the venue central?
