Help me identify this song! (not a bot)

What is the first song of this video on youtube? I have always liked it but never knew what it was. I can't tell what the lyrics are because it's kind of garbled in the video - I think it's an 80's song.

The footage is form Rodney Mullen Vs. Daewon Gong ROund 1. I am 99.9% sure of that.

If you can find a tracklist of songs form the video, ort the whole video it will have the songs creditted.

it sounds like the Clash meets Robert Palmer. good song, but cant put my finger on it either.
