Unread post by daveguitar127 » Mon Dec 25, 2006 4:54 pm

i just got a new fender tube amp not sure too much about it but i also have an old little peavey amp that has an output on it. i was wondering if i could connect a chord from my output on my peavey to the input on my fender amp?

would that mess anything up. i want to ask before i do anything

It seems totally stupid to me. If you're ever going to be gigging, you can mic the amp if you really need to. Not to mention that it will likely sound like pure shit; the same is true with vocals through the amp. But whatever floats your boat.

I agree with Sims.

For gigging it just doesn't make sense and for home, the tube amp should be more than enough.
