Trippin Billies strumming pattern...

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Trippin Billies strumming pattern...

Unread post by NeoLP314 » Sat Dec 09, 2006 11:15 am

Ok I have been working on billies for about 3 days now. And already I can see some slight improvement and quickness in between the chord changes. But I did have a question for the part where u start at (7,7)
(6,5)
(2,2)
(3,4)
And so forth...

What is the strumming pattern for this particular part. Or does it matter which way you strum it jus as long as it sounds good?

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": "I once saw this in a movie, it was about a bus that had to keep it's "speed" above 50, and if it's "speed" dropped, it would explode...I think it was called "The Bus That Couldn't Slow Down"!

Hold the C note with your pinky while doing the slide with your index.
