kind of off-topic, but I just listened to your song "hollywood" and wanted to say I love your voice. Thats a really good song.
back to the topic: As the songs on your site is 80kbit it's hard to say, but I gotta agree with the one who said they are lacking in production (I've only heard hollywood yet though), and that you should consider getting some studio time with professionals. Gotta listen through your other songs now

It would seem the plight of all musicians; to be known, to be heard. And the bleak feeling of medeocrity comes sweeping in...

I like the sound of your voice a lot, but it sounds like you might be singing with your throat. You can cover that up with reverb, as was mentioned a lot, but it'd be best to resolve than simply hide. Pretty, though, definitely.
The songwriting is good and catchy, but there's nothing there that's unique and really grabs my attention. It reminds me a lot of Zach Hexum and Jack Johnson.
Of course, my own musical preferences seem to differ to a great enough extent on this board that my opinion might be one worth ignoring.

I appreciate the criticism definately (how else do you get better?). I agree with some of it, but I think i'm just putting out feelers with each new song I write, and I'm trying to present my message as well as, say, any other popular songwriter. I'm finding my true musical colors now... i'm personally interested to see where they take me.
