An average day for Fonz
Current mood: tired

Here is a typical day for Fonz. (when the kiddies are out of school, and he is working in the studio)

9:00- Help make breakfast for 8 year old and 2 year old
9:30- Change diaper
10:00- Drink juice, eat pineapple (SO GOOD) play piano with two year old while 8 year old dances,
10:30- Put 4 month old to sleep (she..s sooooo wiped out )
11:00- Check e-mail, make breakfast, play choo-choos with 2 year old.
11:30- Eat breakfast, make business calls.
12:00 PM- Make espresso, take the kids to the swing set, run around outside if it is not raining,
1:00- Make children lunch, trade 4 month old with wife, make funny faces to baby.
1:30- Get ready for gym and work.
2:00- Drive eight year old to friends house
2:30- Go work out
3:00- Get sandwich, drive to studio
4:00- Get to studio, WEEEEEEE!
4:30- Work
8:00- Dinner
9:00- work
11:00- Leave studio
11:30- Grocery shopping
12:00 AM- Get home, cuddle with wife
12:30-check e-mail, watch Tivo shows, look at web sites, CHECK MYSPACE!
1:00- Pour a Scotch, go into home studio, work on music or art,
2:30- Go to bed

This is just an idea of what the average day is like for me during the recording process, I love every minute of it!

Be nice monkey........

haha i like how it says work. i wouldnt consider recording an album work, just because stefan has my dream job, but i guess in the eyes of professional musicians it is, in fact, work

must be rough to make music for 5-6 hours a day as your "job." Even if the recording process is boring, that is one boring job i'd love to have to deal with 3 months out of the year. I love the late night scotch to keep the mind open.

some things i thought were odd

2:30- Go work out
3:00- Get sandwich, drive to studio

i can't go to gym and be there less than an hour. there's no way i could do it in 30 min.

12:30-check e-mail, watch Tivo shows, look at web sites, CHECK MYSPACE!
1:00- Pour a Scotch, go into home studio, work on music or art,

again, half an hour to was all of the tivo shows?

oh well. but i agree w/ check. studio is so painstaking and you're crammed w/ everyone else and you have to play the same song 100 times, it's so weighing on your nerves.

i have a 45 min work out i do and i get pretty pooped,(though im not that fit) 20 treadmill, 15 xtrain then 15 reps of each work out station, if you dont wait around and go from one to the other to the other quickly you can get a fair amount done,
(i sometimes see people spend 3 hours in there doing what could be done in one if the didnt stop)

is there a gym thread?
Gervais on Rosa Parks "she was arrested but then that law was changed- but she didnt stop there, she started sitting in the seats saved for disabled people. unbelavable, she talked to the driver when the bus was in motion- did she have the correct change ready? - did she bollox!"

I can't believe your questioning the accuracy of this. No one could do this for themselves to the 1/2 hour. Its a general thing, he probably doesnt do half of those things every single day
