OK, let's do this. Price now includes ground shipping to the lower 48.

The guitar probably sounds amazing, but in all honesty that ding would bug me. Go out and play one first.

yeah, plus from what I found online, it looks like this is only $150 off the brand new price. When I bought my G&L legacy at the local used guitar store, I got it for about $700 because it had a nick... that's about $400 off the new price...

Especially since the nick is on the top, I would bargain with this guy. You might get an amazing deal.

All good point folks. The ding does reduce the price, but it's the only one on there (and I'm not doing a scratch and dent sale, it's just a used guitar and other than that, it's in better shape than a lot of used guitars I've come across). If this were a standard OM-03, I'd probably consider selling for less, but I would have paid less to begin with.

Regarding the difference in price from new, remember that this one has electronics (and if I may say so, very nice-sounding electronics) that would add to the new price. Also, upgraded bone saddle which adds a bit more. The ding isn't terribly noticeable (the flash accentuates it a bit) and it's possible it could be repaired if you were so inclined (luthier using the superglue method). Personally, I don't really notice it anymore, so haven't bothered to look into repair.

I'm not in a big rush to sell. The 714 will be here on Weds and this will just go into the closet until I either sell it or decide to keep it as a beater. If you're in Northern CA, or plan to be, we can always arrange in-person pickup for $700.

Thanks again for looking.

How much did the upgrades cost?
