Just finished listening to the DKE frat house Dave solo performance from 92. It's really cool to have these old recordings to look back on, before DMB was a huge, headlining act. Some good stuff, some rarities like Blue Water Baboon Farm, On A Wild Afternoon, Help Myself, Redemption Song, and Spotlight... (and the Penis Song  ).

Yeah, I knew Redemption song was a cover/was Marley's. Wow, it just hit me that Dave/DMB has covered quite a few Marley tunes... Redemption Song, Exodus, Stir It Up, Three Little Birds. And I thought that song was called Once on a Wild Afternoon, but the track listing said otherwise.

Ah yes, thank you, that was it.

He also played Crush and Stay or Leave acoustic, but he messed up with the lyrics on Crush.

Can someone help me identify a song....is dave solo. It must be rare. I have it labelled "d11t07" I don't think timmy is in it. Somewhat sounds like the Cigarette Lit outro chords . One reoccuring line is "Then I come into the [high falsetto, unclear what he sings]". It's 3minutes 11 seconds, sounds like an slightly faster #40. Sorry thats about as good as I can describe it, I might be able to get some other lyrics.

also another one...full band, 12:15 long. Dave starts lightly strumming and says "we never played a song by this band before...[crowd screams]...its called [unclear]". Eye's of the world or something? Its medium quality, the crowd sings along with it so it must be a popular song and I am retarded :) But it is groovy. EDIT: I have it labelled 11d2t01 as a file name.
