So Right

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

So Right

Unread post by ChineseDM » Fri Nov 28, 2003 12:54 pm

1. Hey where can I find an acoustic version of So Right?
2. If anyone's recorded it, can you please direct me to the post or send it to me?
3. what's your fingering for the absolute first part for the 22h43
4. I can get the 41 and tripping billies stretch no problem, is the
x2x3xx h x2x6xx like one of those stretches?
thanks

I recorded an acoustic guitar version of So Right, but I deleted it. Here are the verse, chorus and jam sound bites.

Also, the tab, I have told JKanter that it's 4h6 not 3h6. That one doesn't sound right at all and hurts. I have looked at Folsom Feild too, and I am sure for the standard version, the verse should be 4h6 not 3h6 (and of course when you finish the hammer ons, you slide the 6 up to 7 and you let go of all the other strings).

Also, for the 22h43, I use my index to press down the 22 and then hammer on 43 with my ring and pinky.

Yes you slide, it's in the tab on the site (which again, if JKanter is reading this, please just take another look at your so right tabs). It shows to slide but not to where, you really just need to is slide to 7.
