is it just me or do you feel like at this point you need to make a song list of all the songs you know.... i find myself sitting there playing a song move to the next and draw a blank of songs you know how to play.. lmao

If by "all" the songs you know, you mean dave songs? If so, i see where your at. When i first started playing dave i didn't have a comp. and so i used to print out the tabs from this site at the library for all the songs i wanted to learn. Eventually, i had three binders of dave tabs for the songs i could play. Now, eight years later i am proud to say i can play all of dmbs songs that are tuned standard and a few that are raised b.
So i never made a list but i have got some binders :wink:

yea it happens to me all the time.. ill be jammin out either by myself or with a buddie and i'll be like okay what should i play next... and then i completley forget what songs i know how to play haha

lol yeah it happens to me all the time too and it drives me nuts. it always seems to happen when people want me to play. i draw a blank.. lol

i totally second everything said and i, too, have a whole list of songs on my computer not of just dave but of any songs i know....helps me determine which i might want to play at a little show

no but seriously it happens to me and it actually really pisses me off. because i will have the urge to play and then draw blank so i end up only playing for like 1/2 an hour.

I hate when it really hits me when I'm trying out an acoustic guitar, and my mind just goes blank. Then on the way home I'll think of a song that really would have helped me judge the worth of the guitar. :lol:

now i find myself( a person who listens to music atleast 13-15 hours a day) hearing soo many songs and telling myself, "i should learn that one next."
i need a notbook or something to remind myself what great song i should learn next.
