Trying to find a program...

Unread post by GrateDMB21 » Thu Sep 28, 2006 10:29 pm

Trying to find a program that slows down the audio of the CD or audio file so you can pick out the notes individually. I know I've heard of such a program, but just cant remember the name. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've downloaded a trial version of Cool Edit Pro, and on there, you can highlight a specific portion (or note) in a song, and just have it play on repeat while you find the note on your guitar. I assume you want to use this to figure out tab to a song? Just one thing I've done. Good luck!
