It's Little Thing or An' Another Thing depending on the date of the recording. Anything before Some Devil was Little Thing. The lyrics suggest that is yet unfinished so I'd say Little Thing. Ultimately they are the same exact song, aside from lyrical differences.

It's going to be titled Little Thing though, because according to the Almanac, An' Another Thing has never been played live.

Possibly. He talks about sweating a lot afterwards and that his body is trying to rid itself of heavy metals, and how weird it feels to sweat when you're not even doing anything.
