Re: Chorus and Bridge Chord Progression Help
Any way you could post a recording? Or give us some idea of the meter, tempo, etc.? It might help in deciding where to take the song.boyle wrote:Can someone that has music theory knowledge tell me what would be a good chorus and bridge chord progression if the verse progression goes like this....

Here's what comes to mind, I mean, it could be anything, this is just where I personally would take it: after that progression a couple times (verse), go into like, a Bm (2 bars, 1,2,3, 2,2,3), down to an Esus4 (1 bar) then E (1 bar), up to a Gsus2 (2 bars), up into an Asus4 (1 bar) then A (1 bar), that could give you a kind of chorus. For a bridge, I dunno, throw a C in there as your first chord, and play from that, maybe C, then G, then A, then back to D, repeat. Somethin' to play around with, anyways. Good luck.
