Does this riff sound ok? It's been a while since I posted anything. But I'm bored and a little stoned and hope I don't regret posting this. Let me know if it's good or not.

It's nice I suppose. There's no context, though, so it's not much without a melody.

Elaborate. Music theory wise, I know next to nothing. Help me out. I really try to be a good musician, but I'm just too lazy to sit down and learn theory, I always just wanna play what I know from tabs.

he's saying that its just one riff. without hearing it in context of the rest of the song you can only get so much from it. its decent sounding, and could be good in a complete song. i believe thats what he is saying.

i like the riff, its catchy. write some lyrics and maybe a lead part and turn it into a song.
