Live cut from a friend's band...
DC5 Live at the Attic, Newton Centre, MA 08.24.06 soundboard grab
Please take a listen and let me know what you think so I can pass along the feedback to my buddies. I especially dig the jam at the end and the bass "solo" (crazy 16th notes) at the 6:09 marker.

Just listened to the whole thing, and I really really like it. Everything about it. The song in and of itself has a great feel to it, the guys play very well together, I love the singers voice, it has a quality to it that I just can't place my finger on, he sounds like someone else. But yeah, good good shit.

Thanks Timmy, I am very eager to offer the band positive (an negative) comments so they can get a gauge of where they're at.
I anxiously await any more feedback, I value your opinions, I mean we're all pretty much into the same genre of music, right?

since i got a personal request to listen...
this is pretty sweet, i wouldnt usually crit because i dont really want the crit boards to turn into "listen to this band im my town!" or "check out my 3rd cousins grandmotherds bridge partners band" etc. I just like to hear from the person that made the music is all.
that aside its a pretty damn sweet song, i love the use of piano and i do enjoy the vocalist, although i wish hed anunciate a little more. The elec solo near the 520ish mark is not the best ive heard and its a little rough going into the breakdown.
theyre damn good though
