it was at a promotion thing for one of his albums. he played some songs, he was just starting out. it was funny. and he was way out of tune too.

I was at a show and Carter kept dropping his sticks and at the end of the song ran out and came back and handed Carter some gloves. It was pretty damn funny and I could hear them talking since I got some seats behind the stage. It was okay though, carter has a skilled right hand

I was fourth row Dead Center in LA this last summer...Dave fucked up at least 4 times and broke 3 strings. I could easily see how he fucked up because I was so close...Dave fucks up a lot, but plays it off extremely well...

also, watch Listener Supported...Granny: on the very first "you can;t see what I can but I...." he goes back to the verse "hand formation" and realizes before he plays it, and plays nothing....you can hear a "dead" part on the first "blindly" ...but yeah, I dont know why I explained this, none of yall give a shit and are gonna look, but yeah...dave messes up a lot.
