I feel the exact same way. When I first heard it - "Okay, great melody... cool groove... the lyrics come in, NOOOOO!!!" I'll listen to it just for the music, and try to disregard the lyrics. Terrible. Even if he didn't talk about making love/one night stands every other song (just kidding!) it still wouldn't be okay with lyrics as crappy as that. But, you know, somehow, like another poster has said, Dave seems to make it work. And I don't know why, but I LOVE the video of the song with Julia Roberts in it.

Ladies and Gentelmen, i think we have on our hands (well not yet ) musically one of the greatest albums if not the greatest this band has ever made. How can I say that without hearing it?
