He plays it on the soprano 12 string, capo 10 for the right tuning

I've started just tuning down a full step to play that stuff. It's a lot easier then playing way up on capo 10.

Anyone tune their 12-string down a half step? I find at normal tuning, the higher of the two G's, the highest open note on the guitar, always seems to break at standard tuning. I have talked to other people with some nice 12-strings like taylors and they seem to agree. Only problem is when you play with a band, I am sure they don't want to tune down a half step to sound in tune with you.

i like STJL on 12 string, its such a simple but fun song that it gets a boost from the second strings.
