I for one really enjoy this little riff
but i cant get the :----0-2-0-2-0-2-0-2-0- part to sound right
ive tried over and over
and im probly just unclear as to how its played (picked, strummed?)
if ya can help out i appreciate it alot

I had the same problem, I used to just hammer on it, only picking every other note, if that makes sense. but if you listen to Dave he picks each note, and he starts the 0 2 0 2 0 2 part immediately after the other parts. hope that helps, just pick every single note.

down on the 0 up on the 2, its harder at first, but once you get the hang of it, it sounds much better, now if only I could sing and play it at the same time, I still can't sing with songs I have to pick

oh and down on every other note too, just up on the 2's
