Stuff about this being Roi's last tour...

I've never seen roi look pissed on stage. He has always, always just stood there. This year he looked happy as hell with rashawn, thye were laughing and joking all the time up on stage at fenway when i saw them. Roi has been supposed to leave the band since 2000. This rumour is nothing new people. Believe what you want.

I exaggerated the "pissed" onstage part. But it seems like he doesn't interact with the rest of the band and doesn't seem to enjoy himself all that much. That might just be his style though.

And, it seems the least likely that he would leave before anyone else. He doesn't have the wife or family that the rest of the band has off the road. It just doesn't add up. Think about these things. Wasn't it that guy at ants who said an 'inside source' told him about stand up? 2 old songs and 10 new? And 4 guests? Ugh. This is all just pure speculation because someone heard something about roi being upset after a show and twisted it into him leaving, i'm sure.

But whatever, I digress. If he did leave, I do'nt know what would happen. Who would repleace him? Maybe some unknown cat. It wouldn't be the biggest loss to the band but I think that he is just part of it, you know? You think DMB and you think those six guys and those personalities. Boyd the goof, roi the badass on the side of the stage, the fiyah.

That's what I would think too. I get freaked out when I go on stage but after like 10 minutes or so I feel fine up there. If I was doing it every night for that long....

you saying that made me realize i still only think of 5 people when i think about dmb.

well I remember hearing about it, I think from an interveiw, and that's why he always wore sunglasses, and in like 2004 he started getting over it.

I don't think Roi's going anywhere just yet. Is he going to record the new album with them, and then say "see ya later" and have the band find someone new to play his parts when they tour next to support the album?

I got kind of an interesting theory. If he really is leaving, then maybe they aren't going to record a new album in the fall. Maybe this greatest hits album is a way for them to buy some more time while they regroup and figure out what to do without him.

god help me if they pull an eminem and put their new songs on the greatest hits album so they don't have to make a whole album. i'll shit myself and smear it on that record and use it for skeet practice.
