At first I thought this was you playing live and i was like holy shit that sounds good and a big crowd... So you added in that symbol? In that case take a tad, i mean just a smiggin of that reverb off and it will mix in there a lil better imo.

Take reverb off what, the drums?

Nathan did the percussion track, I did a piano track, added in some cello, then took crowd noises off the Warehouse5 CD's.

I just thought the symbols caried a little too much. If you just did a stereo overhead on the drums as a whole leave it how it is. If you can, take it down a bit, my only complaint. The drum part was great but seemed a little off a bit after some of the transitions, but got back into it preatty quick.

Thanks so much for the suggestions. Nathan actually has a really good micing system for his drums. I actually added some of the reverb though when I was screwing with the crowd noises. I can easily take it off if it is a little much.

As far as being off is concerned, thats what you get (anyone know why I cant type apostrophes in this box?) when you record from opposite sides of the country! But yeah, we know where we are off and we are working on it.

It dosnt matter, the drum rift was fucking awesome and didnt get old, that overweighs the fact that it wasn't perfect, but if im going to complain about something that would be it.
