I retracted my statement. Its not a terrible release, I just like them releasing older shows on Live Trax and leaving the current shows for larger releases like CP or Red Rocks. I don't want them making the same mistakes they made with GGP.i like tictacs wrote:Nitro1515 wrote:Of course I listened to the recordings. I was a little harsh with "terrible release" because they are good shows its just that there are better shows from this tour. And its also missing Raven, Typical, Seek Up and Pay For What You Get. Now I know that you were there and all, but take a step back for a second and ask yourself if there was an older rarer show that you would like to be released instead.i like tictacs wrote:It is a lot better than Folsom (self explanatory), Gorge (intolerable mix, 3 gigs and 3 waygs) , LS (the CD, at least, a dvd of fenway would have been nice) GGP (just a horrible performance), and so on. It is definatley not a 'terrible release.' Anyone who says that, I ask you if you have listened to the recordings, because I think it is evident you haven't. Two nights and no repeats except for can't stop. I do'nt think you can ask for much more. The only thing missing is Dreaming Tree and JTR.Nitro1515 wrote:Terrible release
Blooooow me.
Oh and nice way to end your argument by the way, was that at all necessary?
I was there, I've also been to 15 other shows from which to judge that on. It is a solid release, there is no watchtower.
and yes, there are plenty of older shows that i'd rather see released (12.31, 12.8, 12.3, 4.7) but there will always be other shows I want to release. That does not in any way make this a terrible release.

I have a feeling it will be a bit more expensive. It is 4 discs and two separate shows. GGP was 3 discs and wasn't more, as far as I remember, but it was only one show. I don't think we'll be getting a deal here. It will probably be like $30 or so for a CD copy.
But I will buy it because I like the band.
