I thought it was good, I don't like save me much either, but even that wasn't bad. I'd much rather see that stuff than more DMB sludge.

Ok, enough about DMB, but did that Battle of the Sexes 2 skit make you shat your pants. It did with me. [rpbably because I love tennis and I have that match recorded and stuff.

yeah, thats what i've heard people say... i was never into snl hardcore like some people were/are.

i liked the performance for the most part. it did make me miss the band though a little... the energy was different, like the way dave was dancing, he was just kinda bobbing up and down.. no dave jigs. :? :(

I think the beard is interesting because he is breaking away from his clean cut, clean-shaven frat-boy image and developing a more unique hippy kind of image. Or he just wants to look like trey.
At first, I thought the guitar was his santa cruz baritone, because it looked too fat to be his martin. Then I remembered he doesn't play a bari on that song. I wished he would have played more of his new songs, though. In Particular one featuring more of tim. Save Me had the camera on pretty much dave and trey.

don't forget david spade, dennis miller, rob schneider, kevin nealon and mike myers...i think 93 was the year most of those guys were there, but i'm not sure on specifics anymore...so from about '92-'96 was just a trip
