Guitar Repair

Unread post by olkskoolpik » Sun Jan 12, 2003 10:03 pm

I have a johnson guitar that i have been playing for a while and, yes i know its probably a piece of crap, but its all i got. Just recently i have noticed it being harder to play because the strings are raised higher off the fret board, i dont know if the neck is warping or what, but are there any solutions to fixing this problem or am i just screwed, i heard something about a humidifier, but i dont know, thanks.

i'm sort of a guitar noob, but i believe this means that your action is too high, you can have a local guitar store lower it for you.
