Dave's Mug

Unread post by little ants734 » Wed Jul 05, 2006 2:53 pm

From time to time, especially Dave & Tim shows, I see Dave having a metal coffee mug on a table or even at full band shows. I noticed this at Alpine on Sunday too.. in front of Carter's drums where his picks and stuff was he had a mug that he drank out of on occasion along with what looked like a water bottle. Anyone know whats in the mug.. some secret voice soothing drink or just water? I assume its nothing hot because i hear hot stuff is bad for the voice.. or maybe it is something hot..?
and all the little ants are marching..

Coffee...? It takes a lot to play shows that much and stay up for most of the night. Hell, maybe a little alcohol mixed in with it. Starbucks Liqueur?

If I'm not mistaken, coffee is terrible for the voice.
Tea, on the other hand, is just fine.

But, c'mon? The mug?
Wait, what mug does Dave use? Thermos? Rubbermaid?
joe.

it's definitely a mug. i saw him with one in camden and have seen him use one before at d&t shows. i'm guessing since he's drinking bottled water the mug is either tea or bourbon.
