sounds good...one note is off; that is if you're trying to play it exactly like dave...I think it's the 3rd or 4th on the verse. LATA

Good deal.

Now earn the other parts, and put some vocals to it

I can never get the transition part down ...

E:---------------------------------------
B:---------------------------------------
G:----4--------5--3---------------------- <---3
D:-------0--3--5--3--3--5---------------- <---2on-1st-5(3on-2nd-5)
A:-------------------3--5---/8-----5----- <---2
E:-3----------------------------8-----3--

I try and watch dave's hands i just can't seem to get it right.

i cant remember where i saw this, but i found a different tab and i liked the way it rang out better so its how i play it...might be easier for you to get the hang of...

Code: Select all

E:---------------------------------------
B:---------------------------------------
G:----4--------5--3--2--0----------------
D:-------0--3--5--3--3--0----------------
A:---------------------------/8-----5----
E:-3----------------------------8-----3--

with this as the fingering
E:---------------------------------------
B:---------------------------------------
G:----4--------4--1--1--0----------------
D:-------0--1--3--1--2--0----------------
A:---------------------------/3-----3---- <---i use ring finger cause sometimes i end on a G power for some emphasis...
E:-2----------------------------2-----1--
hope that helps some...
