Forum Jump Scroll Bar

Maybe have at the bottom of each page have a drop down scroll menu of each individual forum so you dont have to go to index and then chose the forum.

just a lame idea for v.3.0

maybe can we move it out of the bottom corner? somewhere closer to common areas i would go by?


*disclaimer, i am not ocmpletely retarded, i use a VERY minimized window when i am on here due to the stupid shit some people post, so I litterlayy NEVER see the corners or anything further to the right./
