HAHA that must be it. Ok i think i have it then. So the song is basically an extremely long verse with a couple of trans. Thanks man. Im an idiot

I've found the only difficult thing about the song is the outro, in which they play multiple times in the early days. For the most part the whole song is two down strokes and a mute for each chord until the chorus which is basic stuming for the most part. Its the outro that was tough for me. Study the tab on this site for the outro.
