Takamine G Series. I have the EG523SC. I love it. It's a jumbo, may turn some folks off, but pretty much every guitar in that line is excellent.

If you think about a Blueridge, make sure you go play some at some stores and pick one, don't order one off the internet. The consistancy of construction in their guitars is very random, you can find some great ones and you can find some shitty ones. They all sound about the same (The same models sound preatty much the same, not too much difference, sound is consistant.), but you will find some that are just constructed pooly, there will be glue runout all over the place, finish checking, sharp fret ends. Just be careful with blueridge and make sure you get to play the guitar and look over it before you buy it. Also, look into Alvarez guitars, great sound on a budget like yours.

Thanks for the info. Ya, with twins it's kinda hard to justify buying a higher end guitar just for something to play on an amp. I'll look into it these 2

I order regularly from them. I've received no bad products whatsoever. Their service is fantastic. It's one of very few retailers I endorse wholeheartedly.

I have ordered some blemished gear from them in the past and to this day have yet to figure out what was wrong with them or find any evidence of visual damage...
