Yeah, they were just never really songs that I could get into at all. Don't know why, they just never clicked with me I guess.bbatsell wrote:wow, really? i'm pretty sure you're the first person i've heard dislike those songs. What's a soundcheck? Why is it important??
I don't understand, that's why.
Fede
PS: does anyone have a good version of crazy-easy?? I've never listened to it! (always thought it was an "easy" way to play crazy/captain...

A soundcheck is when the band and crew goes to a venue they will be playing later that night (or the next day) by themselves and play a few songs. They do it so they can test the sound and acoustics of the venue they're playing in and ensure the mix is good. However, since it's the only time the band can practice while already on tour (unless there's a tour break), it's often used to practice new songs or old songs they haven't played recently, or to try out cover songs. Depending on how a venue is laid out, it's possible for fans to get there early and be outside the venue but close enough to hear the band play, so we sometimes get reports of what songs they soundchecked. If the band plays a song at soundcheck, there's a good chance you'll see them play it soon (not often that night, but within a few days/weeks).fedelm wrote:What's a soundcheck? Why is it important??
