I think Dave is a Spreadhead
Dave loves Widespread Panic because
A) He has guested with them a couple of times
B) In Folsom Field right before WWYS he says "Havin a Good Time, playin in the sunshine" which is a Panic lyric
C) he used the "magnet for money" part of Dancing Nancies from the WSP song "Papa Legba"
I think it's cool that he is such a big fan

Released: April 21, 1998?
Nancies debuted in 1992. Unless WP's been playing it live for much longer.

a) "Magnet for money" has been in the song since UTTAD.
b) "Papa Legba" is a cover of a Talking Heads song, it's not even a WP song.

To go back to the original point, I don't think the band would tour with someone that they weren't 'into.'Kahn wrote:Dave loves Widespread Panic because

So, yeah, he probably is a fan. I guess I just had to prove a point.
