bit torrenting question

i download my shows from dreamingtree and then use a flac converter and all that jazz, but ive been noticing alot of shows on that website that aren't .flac they are .shnf or somethin like that? how do you go about converting that to mp3?

thanks.

p.s. i do not trade them in mp3 at the request of the tapers, but i burn them for myself, as well as i post a few on this website when there is a request.
