Rode NT1-A problem

I cant get it to work at all. I think it needs phantom power but i have no idea how to get it phantom power. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your help. Im going to go ahead and order the one i posted, the other one is a little too pricey after paying 200 for mic. Thanks again!!
