Yes. Beuford is among one of my favorite drummers. What got me into DMB, and always compared to Dennis Chambers. How he expanded the techinique and style of Chambers. Checked him out a long time ago, and Im still to this day, always impressed by him. :D

Haha, alright I was gonna say... I thought it was pretty impressive. Especially because I always enjoyed listening to it on the studio recording but then finding this video was just like whoa so that's what it LOOKS like

Im not trying to encourage illegal downloading but you can find the entire dvd on file sharing networks. Just search for Carter Beauford. He plays ants marching and 41 and some others.

i love carter. his way of playing is so different from most all the drummers that i generally listen to. i think the beginning of Lie in our Graves, when he first comes in, i think thats my favorite thing ever. the drums with the snare and the bass drum...so kickass!

I am so freaking excited for that

His first one made me appreciate his style and technique more than anything. Some of his best stuff is on it. The videos that are one that of him just doing grooves (latin/reggae/pop/funk) are even better than the song video IMO

I love it so much when carter does that high hat thing in songs like billies and stay. Its almost sexual to hear.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away
