The video was definately NOT from Golden Gate Park. It was never night time during that concert.

That was from one of the shows on the Australian tour. It was discussed on here before, how he broke a string pretty close to the end of the song and decided just to finish without it. Some site voted it the "Best moment of the tour" or at least one of the best..something like that.
