Sounded pretty good, Nice progression. Some of the notes were pretty harsh and buzzy but thats prolly what you were going for.

-You need to record with a metronome
-The time changes are weird. You're going from 6/8 to some undecipherable time to 4/4 and it was just kinda odd to me. Maybe because I was listening too carefully.
-That main phrase. You stay on it too long. I think I know how this came about. You sat down, tried to write a song, and come up with that part, and then you're like - damn! I have to make a song out of that! That's the main problem though - and believe me, I know. It's something I've struggled with a lot. Instead of making a song out of that phrase, make a song INTO it. Make it all flow together. From the recordings of yours I've listened to in the past, they all seem to be lacking a focus. You almost had something going with that main phrase, but you never took off. You never expanded.

My couple 'a pennies.

I thought it was pretty cool. I liked just about eveyr aspect of the song. Remember, referring to the above comment, 95% of people dont know timing in regards to songs.

I hate when people criticize shit like that becasue that's HOW YOU wanted the song to be.
