most natural guitar pickup

What is the most natural acoustic guitar pickup out there? Some say sunrise, some say I-beam..any suggestions? I have the rare earth and I know it is on the trebly side. love to hear from you guys about what will give me the best natural sound, besides a condenser mic of course.
